shaker hood scoop

i have a 95mustang gt with 302 v8 and im lookin to buy a shaker hood scoop or something like that. I have looked everywhere and i have not been able to find one for my year. is this because of a different throttle body position or something. my car also seems to hesitate when i reach about 4000 to 5000rpms while i am driving. it also has a rough idle and sometimes stalls while its is stoped.

They don't make a shaker hood scoop for our bodystyle.

Even if they did it would 1 - be non-functional without a crapload of fab work and 2 - look out of place on our cars' smooth lines.

Whens the last time you tuned up your car? It sounds to me like your having a miss, which could be any number of things including but not limited too: bad iginition coil, bad spark plugs, bad spark plug wires, bad spark plug gapping, etc etc

They do make a shaker for our body style that is functional, just not out engine...it fits 96-98 and it's from Classic Design Concepts. I know it's splitting hairs, but it looks good and is all prefabbed.

i think the CDC kit is the one that uses the stock hood and you just cut a hole in it and use their supplied trim cover
