Shaking on startup

My dad's 89 2.3L shakes like at wet dog when you first start it cold, like its firing on the wrong cylinders. If you turn it off and restart, its fine. I pulled the codes and got 11 normal. I don't have experience with this cars, im a 5.0L owner. But I was thinking knock sensor, maybe ignition related. Thanks

Checking plugs wires and cap would be my first move. I've noticed many of these cars with a dead miss on start-up, then when their warm they're okay.
