Shelby drop template?

Am new here and have a 65 coupe, more or less stock. Am wanting to do the 1" Shelby drop and was wondering if anyone has or knows where to get a steel template that can be used to drill the new holes?

Thoughtabout going with the Pro-Motorsports negative wedge kit but don't want the additional expense and think that a 1" drop will be fine without the wedge kit based on all the reading I've done here.

Also, I'm in Dallas, are there any good shops to use should I get over my head and want someone else to do the work?

print it out put it on a piece of metal and copy the template to metal, then bolt the original holes on and drill for the new ones

I've seen that but does anyone know where I can get one made out of steel to use for drilling the holes? Am concerned with the possibility of being off if I use a paper template.

just any id say 1/8-1/4inch thick metal, its just a one time use, but you dont wanna use aluminum foil either
