shifter bezel

I have the stock manual shifter bezel on my fox body mustang. I bought a billet aluminum shifter bezel from upr. Do you still have to use the black bezel with it or does it replace the stock bezel?

it is held on with 2 sided tape to the stock one I believe

I still need help installing my upr shifter bezel. I see how it goes on now but is there any modifying you have to do to get it on. I don't see 8 holes where the small screws go in and I am having problems getting it on. Any help would help. Thank you

I dont think the screws do anything....it should just stick on.

if the screws do get screwed in you need to measure twice and drill once.
