Shifter stops...

This seems like it would be easy, but i haven't looked/attempted it before... My tranny pops out of 1st gear pretty bad. I'm not sure if this would mess the stops up but this problem happen right after i SLAMMED second gear one night.. does anyone have a link whit detailed instruction on how to adjust htem? thanks for any replies.

dont think it is your return springs you prob chewed up your syncro.

I was hoping that was not the case.. but does 1st gear snchros go bad? i mean i never "missed" or grinded 1st.. you would think that would be the last gear to go..
