well, for my next car i want manual no doubt but i have never drivin a manual stang. whats the best rpm to launch at, and at what rpm does the engine stop pulling? also, how much of a speed difference am i going to feel coming from a 94 aode vert to a 95 5spd coupe?

A stock engine starts to drop power off above 5000 RPM. The stock intake manifold & heads are the bottlenecks.

Keep in mind that the stock tach tends to read more RPM than you are actually turning once you get above 4000 RPM. That can greatly skew the shift figures for max power.
