Shocks

This might a stupid question but I was wondering if you can install the front shocks on a 67' without jacking the car up.

I have access to the bottom 2 nuts with the wheel on so I was thinking that would make this job even easier.

I this a bad idea?

I don't see why not. If you can get to the bottom fasteners, go for it. Should be a quick job.

Does anybody know many pounds these need to be torqued too?
