Well, I started to shop for a cam, heads and an intake however I've looked at all the magazines, websites and am unsure what combo to go with. I like all the products that Tirck Flow offers but maybe you guy's can help me out on what are the tried and true combinations.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

I think the Trick Flow package from Summit is a great deal, just don't go with the stage 1 cam. You can piece together a combo, just depends on how much you want to spend. Edelbrock, Trick Flow and AFR all produce really good heads. There is a sticky up top with many combos listed...check it out.

I made pretty good numbers with my TFS stage 1 cam. It also gave me a fairly flat torque curve.

Here's a bit of an article on the TFS stage 1 cam. Just scroll down to the subtitle camshafts.

There's a lot better cams out there than the stage one though. My suggestion is FTI or a comp xe grind.

I suppose if I was start my engine again I would have gone with a custom grind. If I go with a custom grind next year and I don't see any improvements or just slight improvements I'll really be kicking myself in the a$$ !!

I think before you even start shopping you need to figure out what you are gonna do with your car. Maybe turbo, blower, n20, or are you going to stay N/A? Do you have a budget? How much power are you looking for?
