Well since this comes up ALOT in the forum, maybe we should all add our combos of belt lengths and routing and sticky it. Just a suggestion. I will start-

Wazee tensioner, power steering and idler pulleys
FRPP waterpump, crank and alt pulleys(Underdrive)
No A\C=

1020K6 belt

Routed the same way the belt would go with A\C.

I was wondering the same. No one ever seems to answer the a/c and smog delete belt lenght question. Its always one or the other or both along with p/s. I hope that lenght is available because I just shaved both the mounts for the a/c and smog off my brackets.

I have a/c and smog pump delete with a short belt. I tossed the package, and don't recall what length it is. I used a goodyear gatorback belt on steel march alternator, crank and water pump pulleys with a stock power steering pulley. The simple way to measure is to use a fabric ruler (typically used for tailoring clothes). Configure this "measuring tape" such that you bypass the a/c and smog pulleys. The belt can be normally routed this way. Have a friend hold the tensioner as if it is tensioned half way. This will yield the belt size.
