Short throw and clutch suggestions.

Going in a '92 LSC, daily driver, but still want great holding power and the shortest, most positive shift possible.

I'm thinking Tri-Ax and King Cobra, sound good?

I'm running that combination and have no complaints. I liked the Tri-Ax well enough that I put on in my wife's Cobra and will be installing one in my Saleen as well.

I've driven a few cars with Tri-Axes, and I love the way they shift.
Cool, so you're running the same thing. I'm gathering the parts for a T5 swap for the Lincoln, so when I have problems with the AOD, I'll be ready.

Any of these would be an excellent choice for a shifter and the king cobra would be a great clutch for you too. That's what I'm rockin now and I've had no issues with it.

my king cobra clutch is an absolute ****ing bear apparently, it's the pressure plate? however, i'm unsure.. beware!

Mine is certainly a bit stiffer than the stockers in either my Saleen or The Wife's Cobra, but it isn't bad at all.

I have a Tri Ax, but I should've went with MGW; I like the Tri Ax, but its not worth it for me to switch to a MGW since I can hit the gears.

At first my Tri Ax was very stiff and notchy, now its broken in and I can shift it with two fingers like a proper German car. I dont have any complaints with it, I just felt a MGW and I thought it was smoother.
