I have a 2003 gt with an off road mac h pipe. Will shorty headers bolt on to the h pipe or do I need to extend the pipes? Also what would be a good price for labor? One last question how HP much can I expect to gain. I assume I will not lose torque , correct me if I am wrong. Someone also told me you have to damn near remove the motor to do the install or lift it up.

they will work with the pipe u have now...i would suggest using the bbk equal length shorties for ur car i have not seen proven dyno results but they seem to be the only ones that make somewhat of a difference i know many have felt a sotp difference whereas most shorties u dont feel on a modular motor

for the work shorties arent going to do what you want. You need LT's and midpipe. Easiest way is to drop the K-member.
