Yes and No...

I put FRPP shorties on my '05 GT 4 years ago. The amount of work involved in installing the two is about the same. I put the shorties on in part to save money like you and I though tthe install would be a breeze compared to the LT's. If I had it to do over I would have gone LT the first time.

If you are paying someone to do the install the labor will be close to the same.

Alright guys i only currently have jba axle backs and now I was looking at installing shorty headers. I was looking at LT headers but that was out of my price range and also would have to buy a mid pipe with no cats and dont want to go there. I will just stick with shorty. Any ways I was thinking of just getting the shorty JBA headers to go along with my jba axle backs. What do you guys think would be the best shorties for sound and perfomance. Thanks for you info.
