about a week ago i changed to my stock 65mm TB and my car ran good and wasnt running rich, but then i changed back to my 70mm TB and now its running rich but worse, it did run a little rich before so, what seems to be the problem, im not throwing any codes. the car seems more powerful with the 65, i had to take the 65 cause it didnt give enough room to lower the idle

What did you set the TP sensor to? If your answer is "???" then that could very well be the problem. Probe the center wire (the othe connection being ground), Key on engine running, and at idle- should be set just under .99V...I like .90-.95 myself. If it is over 1v, the PCM can assume you are tipping into the throttle and add fuel.

If you dont have a need (engine mods) for a larger throttle body, it can hurt performance. You can tend to loose a bit of torque, and possibly gain a bit in the upper Rpm's.

well my car is a 306, edelbrock 190/160 heads, E303, 1.7 rockers, o/r x pipe, shorty headers, edelbrock RPM intake, stock airbox, 70mm TB, 73 MAF,3.73 gears, yeah when i had the 65 on there i did gain alot of lower end torque, i want a 65 again.
