Hey guys another quick question. I am gonna port my own upper plenum since I have two laying around now and I was just wondering if this is a fabrication mistake of does it serve a purpose? Thanks

PS: its the notch on the bottom of the pic.

I can't really see anything in the pic...it is too dark. BTW is that the stock one or the aftermarket? I was thinking about polishing my C&L.

Its factory, I just got the piece used on ebay.com. Its a factory plenum off a 2000 Saleen, it came with the new manifold. There is just this notch sticking out, ill check on my car and see if its there on mine too. I know its bad pic but its my camera phone.
