Just for your knowlege Here are some shout outs for the great companies out there-

Shout Out List:

Summit-2 days is all I waited, sent me a free Summit hat and a $15 certificate good for a year with my $250 purchase.

Mustangs Unlimited-2 Days as well. Always a pleasure to deal with

Blast List:

NAPA Online-Never emailed me, never called me, after 7 days the tracker still says "Picking Parts", when I call machine lady always says that they are busy and HANGS UP ON ME!!! I've sent 2 emails telling them to cancel my order and have heard nothing for 7 days.

Edited:

Pending...

CJ Pony Parts- I ordered about $1800 worth of stuff from these guys, also where I got my intake from in person at the mustang show in B'ham, Alabama...

Saturday I recieved 1% of my stuff (a fuel pump) and a t-shirt and a membership and 2 decals...

Problem is that they charged me $35 for that t-shirt, membership, and decal

I've sent an email so hopefully this will clear up. I have yet to recieve a tracking number either... hopefully this will turn around

EDIT: Membership was done to take 5% off of the $1800 order

See- they're looking out for me

I have spent over 2 grand in the last few months at summit, and they havent sent me sh1t for free. except those gay little catalogs.. wtf man??? but i do get my stuff fast. ordered stuff at 3pm last thursday, got it saturday.. pretty quick if ya ask me. but now i want my free sh1t!!!!

Maximum motorsports - Ordered 6 point cage, and subframes. Waited a month to get the cage becasue the company they use to ship the stuff (con-way) is retarded. they sent me out another one and i got it in 3 days, but i still havent gotten my refund from con-way for the 1st shipment. Not MM's fault, and they have great customer service.

Wolfe Craft Racing - Sh1tty customer service, thats the reason i went through MM for my cage. still got shafted...

Livernois - Ordered my HPM megabite Jr's, got them 3 days later. no complaints. ordered them online, so i dont know how thier customer service is.

www.groupawheels.com - dude forgot to put my order in. great customer service, bad order entry skills lol... gave me a 30 dollar discount on everything.

Gosh I could go on all day with this one. And I am sure that for every bad experience that there is someone with a good one from the same company......
I absolutely love Summit, Latemodel Restoration, www.bieberfever.com, Local Napa, Local Ford Dealer, Extreme Performance (local).
I can't stand Jegs, Mustangs Unlimited, Autozone.
On the fence about Coast High Performance...they are slower than pond water going uphill, they lie, they lie, they lie.......plus side is they have quality kits that I have been very happy with.

****EDIT**** I forgot to mention I absolutely hate "DAVIS MACHINE SHOP" in Bloomington Indiana with a passion......I will never, ever recommend them or go back to them.......

Summit - good, always got stuff fast, got 15 summit bucks for buying something stupid

5.0 resto - 50/50, bought weather stripping and rear hatch carpet, stripping was great, hatch carpet was total crap, ended up throwing it out

Local stang parts place in NJ (dont remeber the name) - good, bought a couple thing off them at english town swap meet, gave me a good deal

Advance auto parts - always been helpful

The rest of my stuff has come off the corral/ebay.

Maximum Motorsports and Summit Racing gets 2 thumbs up. I have NEVER had a bad experience in my numerous dealings with them.

5.0 Resto gets 1.5 thumbs up just because it takes more than a few days to get my stuff. Otherwise they are right on.....a little pricey on some things though.

The Mustang Shop (http://www.themustangshop.ca/site/)
Pro's: Bought a ****load of stuff from them, had NO problems with anything, they try hard to keep stuff in stock. Matt and they guys will bend over backward to help you out / get to know you and your needs. They have the best pricing on things too for Canadians.

Cons: They're always busy as hell and its a small company so if you're there sometimes it takes a while to get served, but you always do and they always make sure to fulfil your needs and get you what you want. Their warehouse is also pretty messy, but somehow they manage to find the stuff so I guess that doesn't matter.

brotherperformance.com was always really awesome, Ive spent about $3,000 with them, the big part of it my TKO 600.

Summit.com, never ever had a problem with them, if something was messed up, they refunded me right away, and if it was their fault, they refunded what I paid to ship to them as well. Ive spent at least 5k with them....

Jegs, stuff gets here on time, never had to deal with them any further.

50resto, same deal, stuff gets here on time, never had any problems.

Summit-Alway have had good luck with them. Excellent customer service
50resto-haven't bought a bunch from them but what I have purchased has been good quality with the exception of a leaking headlight housing. Which to their credit they shipped out a new housing the day I called about the leaking one.
California Mustang-bought stuff for my 65 from them. Had one snafu but they made it right pretty quick.
PartsAmerica/Advance-bought some headgaskets and intake gasket set from the recently, only charged for the gaskets no shipping charge and cheaper than summit.
MM-Parts get here fast and their right so I haven't had to deal with their customer service
PoweredbyFord- Prices are a little high but their local so if I need something I can get it pretty quick.

Most companies don't either realize or care that good customer service brings customers back. Everyone makes mistakes it all about how you fix it that really matters.

I also forgot about www.stangsuspension.com

Josh runs a terrific business. The shipping is fast and the prices are lower than most places on Maximum Motorsports products. I give this company 2 thumbs WAY up!

Why ruin a perfectly good streak... make sure you don't buy from NAPA

They sent me an email last night saying that finally after a week they are shipping the parts... I sent them a nice email back saying they were too late and should answer the phone once in a while.

CJ Pony is a great place. The $35 you paid for the shirt, decal, and membership also should get you 5% off every part you buy from them in the next year. Pretty good deal I'd think.

There local to me and I love the shows they put on up there. Great customer relations.

But I just spent $3,200 or more... I don't need their discount

That $35 could buy my gas
