Hey guys, I'm not much of a poster in here. I hang around in the classics section mostly but I do have a question for you! My mom has an 03 Mach 1 and a few months ago some asshat decided to steal the side vents off her car for some reason. Anyway, I'm looking to find some new ones for her and was wondering if the side vents from the GTs and Cobras of that body style were in fact the same or not. I'd like to avoid going to the dealer because they always seem to have much higher prices. Also any recomendations as to where I could find such part would be a big help too, thanks!

50resto.com has them but wow, they seem really expensive. $93 apiece, plus you have to buy the honeycomb insert seperatley. I wonder what a junkyard would charge?

Team Ford Parts Online should have them, if they don't they can get them.

They are a Ford dealership but are competitive with even rockauto and I think TFP ships faster.

I assume you are talking about the honeycomb inserts inside the side scoops?

Mach 1's have the same inserts as GT's.

Cobra inserts are unique. I beleive TRUE 40th anniversary GT's also get the cobra inserts.
