simple green, simple pleasure..

ya I use perple power, but its as good as simple green.

After i didn't not win local car show, because old judge told me that my engine was dusty compears to his Mustang, which was indeed spotless(1970 Boss 302 fully restored and have less then 1000 miles on it), i got nuts cleaning my engine. just don't get them on any electrical stuff, as i had some issue with that once(they turn crusty powder if left on wires)

purple power works great too.

Agreed! :nice:

What I do is spray simple green on everything, then spray it out with a pressure washer (car wash bay things work well, high pressure nozzle on a garden hose, or actual pressure washer), let it dry, then use tire shine on the rubber bits - turtle wax ICE polish on the plastic, and mothers on metal bits.... I only clean my engine bay every year or so though LOL :flag:
