I'm starting on my PI heads/LT headers/New Clutch/Prochamber project next week...
I've heard horror stories about installing LT headers, and it hit me, what if I slip the headers down in there before I put the heads on the block, and let them sit down in there until I can bolt them up? I could save the headache of pulling the K-member, although I'm sure i'd still have to rock the engine in order to get the headers bolted to the heads. I've got a set of Ceramic coated MAC LT's (yes... they are ceramic coated, not HTS)
Anyone done it, or think it can be done???
