Yeah I've heard the loudmouths on F-bodies and they sound great! I can imagine they sound great on Mustangs.

I heard it's a LOT quieter than one would expect, is that true?

When I had my O/R X-pipe and Dumped Magnaflows, you couldn't hear anything but scream underneath an overpass.

the guy i got it from had an offroad X, it was ungodly loud and raspy...with a catted xpipe is a nice deep, throaty sound....

here is a pic for ****s and giggles, if i can get the vids hosted you can hear it revving at idle and also how it sounds at WOT from the drivers seat...

I need the SLP X and some LTs

98BlackMagic- the SLP LM is not much louder than stock at idle, and it's not high pitched, very deep and rumbly. But gets damn loud accelerating under a load and at WOT.

but is it a defined sound? my buddy has SLPs on his stock H and its just loud, no definition to it. some clips would help a lot, we both have catted X pipes so i'm sure mine would sound similar to yours

DEf. cant beat the sound of it. Feeling like a celebrity everytime someone says "damn, i heard you coming miles ago". Or the first time someone rides in your car.

I think if you want loud you have to go with a OR pipe.
