Small vibration <1500 RPM's, suspension pop, etc

So last weekend didn't go as planed at all. I have a 90 GT Convertible with nearly 200k miles on it. The AOD was slipping quite a bit so I found a low millage uses one locally.

This last weekend I pulled the motor and transmission, replaced the following:

timing set
front main seal
timing cover gasket
oil pump
oil pan gasket
rear main seal
thermostat
thermostat housing gasket

After getting everything back together the heater core started leaking, great. I bypassed it for now. The transmission was also from a column shift car, not a Mustang like I was informed, so I had it towed to a transmission swap so they could put my original lever in and set the Throtle Valve pressure correctly.

I get the car back yesterday, tranny shift great, motor starts great, etc.

However, I have a vibration when under 1500 rpms; small ampliture high frequency. It happens when I'm taking off, slow or fast, or holding the brakes and bringing the rpm's up. I don't feel it at idle, and above 1500 rpms it's gone too.

I've also been hearing quite a few pops from my front suspension. Ball joints, tie rod ends, stuff like that are only a few years old.

This morning when pulling out of my parking stop, backing up and turning left, it felt like my passenger side tire was oblong. I couldn't see anything wrong, it drove just fine.

Oh, and to top it off something's wrong with my new O2 sensors after all this, and my right blinker....does it ever end?

Any takes on the vibration, pops and oblong tire feeling? I can take care of the O2 and blinker :).

I'm so tired of working on this after this weekend...so tired.
