smog guy question about motor swaps attn: bdcardinal

has anyone seen a gt with an 03 cobra motor pass smog? assuming the motor is newer than the car it came in, and it has the same equipment that the 03 cobra came with, i dont see why this cant work, i just wanna know how big of a pita it might be

What year GT are you swapping into? The 03 motor had the returnless fuel system. Without that it won't pass smog. I think that would be the biggest pain. But I've never done it, so I'm not an expert by a long shot.

i have an 01 bullitt, and i was aware of the fuel system change, i guess i am looking for an overall pita rating, of making this swap and it being smog legal.
