I'd just pull it off all together assuming you aren't required to have it for inspection. Should only be two or three bolts and then the hose. You'd either need to plug the hose off, or remove the rest of the air injection system TAV/ TAB valves, cross over tube and air pipe.
Or you can replace the bearing in them. It's a common bearing. I rmoved mine, googled the bearing, bought one for $10 online and had a working pump again
