Smoked clear tail lights

I need to get some tail lights for my `88 GT. I' ll probably get the stock LX lenses, but I' m considering smoked clears. The this is I' ve never really liked clears since it makes the tail lights look pink. Can anyone provide picks of smoked clears while lit up? Does anyone make LED bulbs that will work with the stock tail light housing?

I just put a set of smoked clear lenses on, they look really good and look really clean. I put a set of red colored bulbs in and it does look pink. I also tried led bulbs and they dont look to bright. I found some bulbs called spiderlights but their like $100. So i'm lookng for a better solution too!

My buddy bought some real good LED bulbs from VLEDS on Ebay for his clear lights, they were $120 for all six. They're bright and they dont look pink at all at night; the pic is a little overexposed though. They look a little pink in the day partially because of the SN95 crystal clear/chrome housing, they may look different in a fluted lense like our cars have.

Also you could maybe try some chrome paint in taillight housing with the LEDs to make up for the tint.

LED's don't work well with diffuser style taillight lenses like the Fox Mustang have. They end up looking like points of light in the lens rather than spreading out the light like a bulb does.
