thanks, that is what im looking for. what is somewhat better even, not my favorite shifter for daily driving in the city.
i daily drive in the city, and my whole right arm does get a work out. i've had two luxury cars before my stang, and i like the "raw" feeling of the car for some reason with not a lot of creature comforts. i see where you are coming from.

The MGW ShortShifter is the smoothest aftermarket shifter. I've had every conceivable combination for the Gforce T5. When I went to Dog-Ring shifted straight cut gears, I installed the Pro 5.0 with MGW handle and it was great, but then I bought the MGW shifter and it's unbelievable. It feels like a Ferrari, seriously. It's so much faster and smoother.

thanks for all the input.

i may try a different shifter handle on my pro 5.0 for more leverage to see how the notchy feel is. would save money also if it works out.

i like my pro 5.0 for fast shifts and for a more open driving area. in the city though where your on someones ass instantly when you take off, and slow shifts it doesnt cut it.

Go to Kona Racing. They have a very nice handle. longer than the normal handle and shorter than factory.

I had a B&M Ripper on my old 87 and LOVED IT!!! I'm thinkin about gettin another on when I do the T-5 Conversion on my beast.... if I ever Find a stock cam and get the motor finished lol ;)

I think im gonna get one of these. Were there any downsides to it? How did it feel compared to others (if youve driven others)? Thanks
