Have my 1995 spindles installed on the fox, cobra brakes and calipers. HOWEVER, the un-anticipated issue is the extreme toe adjustment required..after installation
Do I need to replace inner/outer tie rods?
Bumpsteer kit?
Have you read the tech thread on five lug swap? I just skimmed over it, I like my black pony wheels too much but am thinking of building a road course car.
Maybe @Mustang5L5 will chime in.
That's normal, and to be expected. Adjust the tie rods to get the wheels as straight as you can, and go get an alignment. No need to swap parts here just make sure you have plenty of thread engagement.

SN95 tie rods are metric, while fox is sae thread. Problem is if you use the sn95 outer tie rods, you will run out of thread before you can thread them in far enough to get wheels straight
I believe 93 Ford Taurus outers are metric and shorter and will work.
Or simply thread out your currrnt tie rod ends. That's all I did
