SN95 Parts Interchange

I'm looking at eventually putting a SN95 front suspension, brakes and steering on my '66 using the kit that DVS Restorations is developing. While they used '99 Cobra parts in the "Mustang In Black" '68 Fastback, finding a wrecked Cobra isn't as easy as finding a wrecked "regular" Mustang. I like the idea of using Cobra parts, but if a regular Mustang uses the same stuff, I'll probably be able to get those parts cheaper.

Does anyone know where I could find out the differences in the front suspension, steering and braking systems for 1994 - 2004 V6, GT and Cobra Mustangs? I want to use 13" Cobra brakes, but those are pretty easy to find separately. I'm more concerned with things like the steering rack, hydroboost setup, control arms, struts, spindles and the like. Short of working at a Ford dealership I'm not sure where I'd be able to find this information so I know which Mustangs I should look for in the salvage yards.

94-04 brakes are interchangeable. 94-98 gt'sand v6's all share the same calipers. the Cobras got the dual piston 13" setup.

99-04 gt/v6 got upgraded dual piston PBR calipers but uses the same rotors as the 94-99 gt/v6
99-04 cobra/mach/bullitt got the dual piston 13" setup also, but i belive these calipers use slightly larger pistons than the 94-98

the hydraboost started in the 96 gt's

front suspension from 94-04 is basically all the same, only difference being the K-member
