SN95 seats in a Fox hatchback Q's

Thinking of putting some 95 GT seats in my 90 LX hatchback. Are the rear seats a direct bolt in? Anything I need to modify? Any tips before I attempt this?

I probably spent a total of about 3-4 hours working on installing my rear seats. Took about an hour to disassemble, modify and install the fold down seat backs, and a couple of hours working on the wooden bulkhead to mount the seat bottom securely. Look at Mike's pics and all of my pics in the threads above. IMO a worthwhile installation that is not too hard.
