i liked it
i thought it would be slower than it was , i was a bit suprised
even for an auto vert

it def. has more room in the drivers seat than my 95(i think these are way cramped) i dont know how a 6 footer fits in these

i would deff not want to work on one however
how much work just for an intake swap, headers

oh my how big a little 4.6 actually is

but i see 99 cobra prices plumiting, got my wheels thinking about one

The interior dimensions are identical, so I wonder if the seat was a bit different? A friend of mine had an 01 GT that he got brand new back then. I have to admit, I contemplated getting rid of the 95 for one myself, back then. I may still pick one up eventually, but the 95 is here to stay.

identical?
if anything i may have diff seat

it sure felt diff
it seems like my drivers side door is very close to my left arm

with my car needing a few things not sure i want to invest in it any longer

those cobras with just a kenne bell are just seriously apealing

maybe im just day dreaming

I drove a 2004 40th ann. and laughed because it was so underpowered compared to my car. Even the brakes paled poorly in comparison to my Cobra brakes.

I'll happily stick with my pushrod motors for some time to come.

You have to remember that those 4.6's don't start to make their power till about 2500 rpm or so. And yes for a small engine they are wide, a Cobra 4 valve is almost 36 in. wide at the widest point.

Since I work have worked at this dealership since 03, I have driven new Mustangs since then. I actually think the new interiors are more cramped than my 94's. I am 6'1'', and have no problems fitting in the 94. But I have some problems in say, an 04.

In summary, wouldn't trade pushrod power for modular. Well, maybe an 03/04 Cobra

Its raining here, must be raining there to. Ive owned all push rods, never owned anything newer then a 95. I like them b/c Im familiar with them, I know what works and what makes power for them.
