So I finally decided to buy my first Fox so why does it look like a Cobra lol

Why a 9" rear when the 8.8 can be built just as easily and likely for less money, and unless you're throwing 4 digit HP numbers at it you don't need that headache.
I have a 8.8 in my racecar and it makes well over 1K power.
The 8.8 is lighter than the 9" and it takes less HP to turn it.
The 9" can ultimately take way more power, but in the 1,500 and under power range, in a 3,000 lb or less car, it can take the abuse if using an Auto trans.

Decided to go ahead and upgrade the alternator. What is the go to for a heavy electrical load? Think 2 12s electric fan and water pump big triple pump fore fuel system for a coyote ac tvs in the head rests jk
 
I'm a buy once cry once guy whenever possible played the spend money 4 times being cheap game this way is better . Basically looking for a part number for a commonly in stock beefy alternator. So far the only thing my local store found in stock is a 6g at 215 amps.

I'm running PA Performance 3G alternators in all cars. 130 amp in Black Jack, 200 amp in both others. I don't know why, but I've actually had more trouble with the 200 amp alternators than the 130. One of the PA Performance guys once said that the 130 amp will put out more voltage at lower RPM. Don't know if true. I ended up putting an OVERdrive pulley on the alternator on Snake Pit.

Anyways, plenty of folks running nice sound systems with E-fans on a 130 amp. I don't think fuel pumps actually put that much load. So, honestly, I think you'd be fine with a 130.

Never heard of anyone putting a 6G alternator on a Windsor motor in a fox.

Coupe has Mark VIII fan, MSD, rewired fuel pump to provide more amps, relays on the head lights (too keep the switch cool but they are brighter so they pull more amps), and about 1,000 watts of Fosgate in the trunk (I like it loud, real loud). Granted not all of this is drawing full load at exactly the same time and all the time but I have had zero issues with a 130A 3G alternator keeping up for many years now. Quality wiring, correct sized wires, and knowing how to wire are really the keys. Lots of really good threads on here on how to wire up a 3G.
 
WTF?! Did you check PA Performance?

Important note: alternators on the fox have 2 bolts. Later Mustangs that came with 3G did not have the same bolt pattern for sure, and I think they came with 3 bolts. But anyways, I know you have the money. 3 clicks: 1. PA performance, 2. 130 or 200 amp conversion kit, 3. "buy". Done!
