I got these:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=BFGoodrich&tireModel=g-Force+Sport

245/45-17s cuz it would take a while to get 255s and i needed tires for this weekend's trip to the track. I didn't rotate my tires in time so i Just switched my rears to the front and put the BFG's in the back.

Anyone run these? Reading up on the site i saw theywere meant for sport compacts so im guess they might not stick as well down low.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I've read more than a few posts by people saying they were a great tire. $105 for a BFG product seems like a great deal in my book... I was actually considering them for my car but decided I liked getting bent over so I got the KDWs haha.

I had my brother buy those tires for his eclipse and they are great...especially for the price. They hook pretty decent on the street and they are not bad in the rain as well.

I think it was a good choice.

I have those tires on my gt. They perform really well for their price. Ive never used them at the track or anything like that, but for daily driving wet/dry they are a good tire.

I don't have any experience with that tire exactly but looking at the tread design it's a copy of a very popular tread pattern and should do well for you.

Great tire for just about everything but snow. A friend turned me onto them when he put them on his 911 and I was amazed at the grip they had. They seemed to be a lot more "confident" than the Michelins that that were on it, and a heck of a lot cheaper. Best tires I've put on the Stang yet (those and Blizzaks).

The BFGoodrich sports are a good bang for the buck.
I would say you made a great buy.I notested the traction with these tires is very good.
The only downfall is the tread life is pretty short but,
overall it's a great tire in my opnion.

I have them as well, they corner great. Also they have outlasted the stock tires and still have about 40% tread life left. Ill definitly consider purchasing these again if I dont find anything I like better.

Cool, thanks for all the feedback. I'm going to the track tomorrow so I'll let you guys know how that goes. Hopefully, I can beat my best 60' of 2.03 with the stock gatorbacks.

I have these tires right now and they are great, the one thing i noticed is they don't squeal at all when i get on it or have some fun. I had to ask my tire friend if it was normal...LOL.

I've got those tires on my '97 Gt and love them. When I bought my car just over a year ago the previous owner had just put the g-force sports on. Personally, I think they have great traction dry or wet for the price. I will probably buy these the next time I need tires.

Good choice.

just bought those tires like 1 month ago

im definately not complaining but im not buying them again... good tire for the buck but they spin waaaay too easily from a stop...

they dont grip all that well, but for so cheap a tire i can understand that...

overall i would give this tire a B... maybe a C+... better than my Sumitomo HTR+ but slightly less traction than the stock gatorbacks

i bought them because i needed a "performance tire that worked well in the rain too"... i have not been in rain yet but in dry weather it isnt that great or even good

like i said, good bang for the buck but not enough bang... i dont even have to give the car much gas from a stop to spin... and they look really thin on the car compared to other tires...
