so i rearended someone last night

was driving straight last night when i did the "oh crap i gotta turn", jerked into the turn lane, hit some gravel and slid about 15mph into a 94 civics rear bumper. damage to his vehicle was minimal, only some scrapes where my licence plate bolts hit his bumper. The cops didn't show up, and i insisted that if he wanted it repaired, to go through me since i know a couple guys into small fender bender repair. he seemed pretty cool, he said he'd wash his car and see if theres anymore damage and if he wanted to get it repaired, he'd call me. i just hope he doesn't try to screw me. anyways, heres the damage to my car. i dont really care about the bumper cover because the crack on the bottom of the headlight was already there, but i have to do something about the headlight (if someone has some headlights for cheap laying around, let me know please, lol i'll buy them right now)

oh, and just an fyi, this is just my 4cyl, not my 5.0 lol

least it wasnt the 5.0! I have a whole set of lights (stock ones that are decent) but they're in Ohio here, and at my parents house which i will be at this upcomming Saturday....i dunnno what it costs to ship em..

if iwashmycar falls through, i have an extra headlight sitting in my garage, don't remember which side it is though. it's just a single headlight, though, no marker light or corner light. i'll even ship it to you for free. shoot me a PM if you want it.

you're lucky. I rearended someone a couple years ago and i just wasn't paying attention and couldn't stop quick enough. i did this to my car and just broke her bumper cover. well she mentioned to me her son owns a shop. well my insurance called me saying she was claiming 7000 in damages to her 91 topaz LOL LOL.. luckily i took pics.
