The one that attaches to the E-brake or one (of the two) that go to each of the rear wheels?

You can probably get those parts from Cjpony parts or at a J/Y. I haven't seen them on 5.0resto or year one.

If its the one that attaches to the handle itself, that's not a big deal to fix. But it's a PITA to remove and install the individual cables that go to each wheel. I didn't enjoy that when I did my 5-lug conv.

It's an easy replacement. Just check the hanes manual while your at the store getting the cable. There are 2 slightly different procedures to follow depending on the year of the car.

Its easier if you have someone in the car and someone under the car. mine broke at the handle, and a friend of mine came over and helped me out

I haven't done a e-Brake cable switch-a-roo but to get good easy acess to the brake lever, the console has to come off.... It's not too hard to take out though.

Maybe while you have it out you can repair your ashtray door spring (if it's broken)
