This can't be true. If it is I'll be going to HD or Lowes and exchanging for their line of tools. My local HD and Lowes will take any Craftsman stuff and exchange for their line of tools. I could car less, just as long as I get my 1/2" ratchet replaced.

I do have a 3ton floor jack that took a dump after lifting my car maybe 10x. Sears told me they only have a 1yr warranty on those. Screwed!

HD sells husky our Hd is a little expensive on things but its close so i go there. I got some stanley stuff seems to hold up good so far. Not to expensive at walmart. My dad has craftsmen stuff so i wanted something different better tell him about this maybe he can try at one of our sears

Sears bought out K -mart last year. I went down to sears today and swapped out a ratchet i guess that lady was full of it.

Thats bull **** cuz i work at sears. Any craftsman hand tool is guaranteed for life no questions asked. Go back and tell the woman to stick it up her ass.
