yep for engineering. If I wasn't so busy I wouldn't have let my dad "sell" the wheels. Although it would have been a nice $200 flip. I just saw another set with tires go for $500 on ebay a few miles away too.

"flip" is reselling profit. It was going to be $500 I payed + $200 so $700 for a set of near brand new 2005 GT wheel and tires that my dad "sold" to his tire shop owning friend who was going to give them to his son or grandson or something. My dad has known this guy for ages but something is up. Maybe the guy thought my dad was going to put new tires on my car with the money so he wanted to use his $700 debt as payment for the next set of tires we got from him or I don't know what. Its just my speculation. I'm so busy these days I didn't think anything of it at all 'till I noticed a few weeks went by and my car is still on the same tires I've had for a year now when I got my car. The tires were pretty bad since the car was sitting and not running for so long. I already replaced 1 due to blowout. So basicly I can't drive too far with those old tires and I can just tool around the valley 'till I get new tires. So still no money and no tires since I posted this 2 days ago.

Check your timing, it should be at 34-36 degrees total. Then look for vacuum leaks. If that doesn't solve your problem then......oh, wait. I just reread the original post. This probably won't get your tires back.
