So trans in now, and i got question

trans is in, but now that i got new clutch, clutch cable wont reach clutch fork, because old clutch was thinner then spec i got. isn't there someway to adjust cable to accomdate that?
And i guess i need to fill up trans with tranny fluid. what do u guys recommend??? Its T-45

with the t-45 just used some mercon atf fluid and as far as the clutch you can adjust it at the firewall screw thingie.
