I can't seem to find a lot of info on this, from what I THINK I know haha, the Trick Flow R flows 290 CFM for stage 1 then up to 330 CFM for Stage 3. Can anyone confirm or deny this? 
SO what does a Trick Flow R and Victor 5.0 INTAKE FLOW??? CFM???
