Sohc Or Dohc

New to your forum and hopefully offer me some answers...

Got a 1997 mustang that I'm don't know if it has a SOHC or DOHC....vin says single, but I've had people tell me it's had a dual dropped in it. I've attached pics so feel free to take a look.
