Hey Im posting for a buddy.....hes having trouble finding a set of SOLID motor mounts for his fresh 408w stroker.......I know fellas like opentracker and such are building the roller spring perches.....anyone know someone on the board that makes these? Thanks
why does he want solid?? Easiest way to do it is take a stock motor mount, chip out the rubber and weld in some flat stock steel and box it in. cheap and easy
i did a solid mount on my falcon so i wouldnt have engine movement(really tight headder fit). dang i wish i would of known how much of a teeth rattler that was. i ended up making rubber washers-spacers out of a conveyer belt and put inbetween motor mounts that helped alot View attachment 489835
