Solid or Rubber Tranny Mount

Iam looking to change the tranny mount and I called a couple of places ..They said its best to put a solid mount..What do u guys think

Don't use a solid tranny mount! You'll most likely end up with a cracked bellhousing. If you still have factory engine mounts, stick with a rubber mount, otherwise you could also run a polyurethane one.

Thanks, I already received the solid . I will send it back tomorrow where can I get the poly mount?

Look around for the best price...50resto is probably pretty decent, I can't remember where I actually bought mine from.

do you use a t5 mounts from a v8

Yep, they have the same mount.
