What are a few cheap parts around 350 and under, that ill notice some performance gain? With out taking apart the motor....would I notice a gain by adding 1.7 roller rockers? Or would I notice performance with a 75mm MAF? Or a FPR?
Im looking for a nice addition to my mods list that will be some money spent good. and have some gain like atleast a 1th or 2...
Im really shooting to get the most out of full-bolt-ons on stock-heads/Intake. That way when I have the rest saved up for trickflow top-end kit It will be a full bolt-on h/c/i, ready to run

hmm.....you alreay have gears. id go for some SFC before you go adding to much more...if your wanting some power gain. look around on ebay, craigs list ect for a used Trick flow upper and lower intake. you can find them for around 350 if you look!

Figure out ways to cut weight....that'll get you more ET than anything you can buy with $350 except nitrous.

Honestly, I'd upgrade the intake to an edelbrock peformer/TF street heat (can find either of these for around $300 used in nice shape), along with getting a 65mm tb and a bigger MAF. You can find each of the latter used for around $100-$150 apiece as well. These will get you your best power gains without really getting into the engine.

do those 295's hook, maybe some slicks...is it caged, you can get a MM six pointer for around that if im not mistaken. that would add a lot of structural integrity to the car
