Looks good with, or without the wing.

*insert mandatory 4x4 comment here...*

no worries oxygen masks are standard on all stock mustang suspension vehicles, at that elevation it would be illegal not to have them

Your car looks like rice even without the wing. IMO.

Car looks clean & pristine & the paint looks like its in perfect shape. The body kit isnt my cup of tea, but clean nonetheless. I think with the body kit, it needs a wing to complete the overall look of the car..

Im not gonna make the 4x4 comment like everyone else, but I was just curious, are u running an Eibach drag launch kit??? That looks higher than stock??

BTW, LMK if u ever want to sell those BBS wheels. I love the RK Plasmas & they are discontinued...

I no a guy around here who wrote off an 02 GT...he had those wheels waiting to go on it. They are still in the box, he would probably sell them. I will let you no!

Btw, car looks clean...and i think that the spoiler completes the car!

Makes your car look longer without the wing... kinda unbalanced look, I'm guessing because of the lower front splitter you have. That version of the splitter kinda makes it look even lower due to the regular GT style lower openings compared to the Cobra style ones on the real Cobra R splitter. I'd keep the wing.

Also, never seen pictures of the back like that. Gotta say, I'm not a fan of the bumper. I'd go back to stock with the rear bumper, and side skirts too for that matter, since those won't line up with the stock rear bumper. But those are all decisions you've already made, so I'm guessing you won't change em.

I think with your track/road racing look a spoiler is needed. I love wingless but I think with how extreme your cosmetics are, it's best to keep it. Even a Cobra R bench would be decent.

thanks for the replies....

here is the scoop. of course the car is going to be lowered. it looks higher in the pics then in person. however, it is much more important to get my 500 hp dialed in perfect then worring about suspension right now.

so the order is going to go like this. finish up tuning, then i will lower with steeda springs and some tokico shocks and struts. Maybe bilstein.

then the car is going to be too low for the front splitter so the cosmetics are going to be changed.

i contemplated switching the rear bumper for the 03 cobra. however, that is so run of the mill i decided im going to keep mine i think. i also thought about a saleen back and a roush with no exhaust holes and doing a custom side exhaust.

i like the look of my rear and its different but its a pain in thass with lining up exhaust tips and having chatter once in a while. but it looks like a lot of highend cars exhaust these days with the tips through the bumper....i like the look alot.

i am going to change to the roush stage 3 front bumper. i am going to leave the mesh out so the intercooler shows through a lot. then im changing the sides to something more suttle. i originally wanted the cobras but they are too short for my rear so i think i have to go saleen side skirts.

at that point the cosmetic changes will be done the car will be lowered and i think i will leave the wing off. for now its just a wor in progress.

BTW: i think the car does sit higher then stock because of the weight reduction and the aluminum block. when the car is done i have no doubt it will be awsome.
