You guys-help! I'm crazy. I've got myself talked into buying a 2001 Lightning. It's gonna happen tomorrow. Anybody know anything about them? Pro's/Con's? Can I make one 13 second fast cheap? It turns out that my wife loves drag racing but she is afraid of my car and won't drive it. I was looking to get her a fox with an AOD but she likes the 99-04 style so I went looking and found a really nice white Lightning instead. It works for me because I need a truck and the wife can race it! She liked our 2000 F150 so she'd probably love a Lightning....right...or would I love it more? I can just see it now- rolling up to the track with my race car behind my Lightning!!!!!!!!!! Bad idea?
