Can someone with a Tech manual please look up under ignition system, coils. Which colored wire supplies the 12volt power for the coil ignition on the #7 cyl. I believe it is number 7. I'm not looking at the engine, so I forget how the cyl. are numbered, but its the last coil on the drivers side (near the firewall)

The two color choices are white/pink and white/blue. Trying to install an MSD Dis-Tachless driver, for coil on ignition systems. Don't want to splice the wrong wire

The White/Blue is the 12volt. Only the ground colors change. They are from the PCU and ground when it is supposed to fire.

Thanks alot man. I knew someone would probably know, but I was looking for exactly what he posted up! A diagram! I don't have a tech pub yet, my local auto shop ordered one for me. But I have this MSD Distributor-less Tach driver so I can use an aftermarket tach w/shift lift. (don't worry the tach is only 3 1/2 inches, not 20" like the ricers!)

The instructions said that on the 99-newer Fords, the white/blue wire was the 12v supply, but without a fluke meter on hand, I didn't want to splice the wrong wires. I cringe at the thought of messing with any ignition system wires, but I already spent $80 on the tach and $75 on the tach driver. Might as well put it to use. Thanks alot

Actually I just noticed, why does it say *12v next to each coil by the white/blue wires? (on the diagram)

My fault! I just glanced at it without looking close enough. Looks like it one of those inverted systems Where the coils always have 12v supplied and then they just ground it when it is supposed to fire. Most are always grounded and then supply the voltage when needing to fire. You're right the wht/blue is 12v constant.
