Heh, I asked this question a couple years ago on a couple different boards.... Basically nobody knows! One thing to remember is ride height is a range, not just a specific number...and also ride height isn't measured by the fender height, it is measured by the distance between the top of the quad shock bracket on the axle and the frame rail. In the front, the ride height is the difference between the control arm mounting point and ball joint etc etc (don't have the shop manual in front of me right now).
