I know this isn't a question but one thing I regret in my life was selling my 1966 289 HiPo Coupe with a automatic trans. All origional K-Code engine. I sold it for 4,000. and I had just restored the car too.

And I know I am going to get flamed for this, but I sold it for a Celica. I cried after I realized what I did and that is why I bought the 67. If I could i would track down the guy I sold it to but I just hate to see what he might have done to it.

that car had to be worth alot more than I sold it for. I was 17 and foolish. 4 years later I still regret it.

I think this is a lesson for anyone thinking of buying a ricer. Ricers Suck, sure rice is cheeper to drive but but who only wants 140 hp. :bang:

Live and learn. At least you'll never make that mistake again

I had a 65 Galaxie 500 w/390 in High School that I put everything I had into, the car was beautiful when I left for the military. I called home before being sent overseas only to learn my parents sold it on me. I spent 7 years dreaming of getting another classic. Got back to the U.S. and bought a 67 Old's 442. Rebuilt the whole car, put a ton of money into it, and it turned out beautiful. Then our first child came along and my wife demanded I sell it so we could get our first home. Fine, understandable need. But I've hated myself for letting that one go ever since. I should have sold off her shoe collection instead! :D

So now I finally got the car I've always wanted, a Mustang. And this one is going with me to the grave. :worship:
