I have 96 tailights in my cobra and this inspired me to give it a shot on mine. I sprayed them with 3 coats of vht and then 5 coats of clear then wet sanded them and buffed them out. I think they turned out good. If I can figure out how to post pics I'll try it later.
I put the 96 tailights in because my stockers were severely faded and looked bad. I may put the stock 95 ones back on after I get them repainted along with my front bumper, hood, mirrors.
