Ummmmm.....you don't have much in the way of managerial/supervisory experience, do you?
I'm gonna have to teach you HOW to delegate! (It's what Sue does with her "Honey-Do" lists.........)
RULE #1: WE (The executives and creative staff) DO NOT get our hands dirty!
WE (you and I) sit in the shade with ice cold refreshing beverages while our employees (Matt and Jessie to start?) process and package the product.

If Matt and Jessie won't hire on (and work their way into management), you're close enough to the border we could find some real cheap help!
