sound difference between catted and offroad.

How much of a sound difference would there be comparing a catted bassani x-pipe and catback to an offroad bassani x-pipe and catback?

offroad sounds better, hands down. I spent $400 on a catted x-pipe but it sounded so lame I put my O/R hpipe back on! Oh well, live and learn

catted sounds MUCH more mellow and muffled, not as much raw throatiness...but its still way better than a stock h pipe. an off road x will be quite loud and raspy...but you will also get some exhaust fume smell inside the car when the airflow around the car is right, such as when coming to a stop...there are pluses and minuses to each it just depends on what your priorities are
