I have a set of 20 inch Niche rims on my car now and am debating about whether to keep the spare tire in the trunk or free up some weight. Will the spare tire even work with my 20's?

Next, I'd like to move the battery to the trunk, has anyone done a write-up on it for our year stangs yet? How easy/hard is it going to be?

i am by no means an expert but i would think you wouldnt need to move the battery to the rear since they moved the battery to the passenger side anyways so there is less weight to offset... does that sound correct?

I only put the spare in the trunk for long trips away from home. I carry a plug kit, a tube of slime, and an electric pump in a bag with a few basic tools in the trunk and that has served me well for years. Slime is a great product that really works. Get the stuff for off road/RV tires that has the rubber in it. And before the bashing starts, yes it will throw off your wheel balance, but as a means to get it to the next place for repairs it works great.

Whether you have 16's or 20's the overall tire height is the same or close. It's the sidewall that's thinner on the 20's.
