Spark plugs? What do you use?

Tune up time! This is the first time I'll be tuning up my 2.3 N/A stang(93 dual plug). I've used Bosch platinums(not +4s)in my Crown Vics, but since then I see Nology Silverstones, Denso Iridiums and Bosch +4s. Does it even matter? My brother says go with stock replacement plugs( he is not easily swayed by bells and whistles, and his 85 vette proves it)What do you guys run, and how do they do for you?

I use regular old Autolites, or Motorcrafts. The cheap plugs.

I ran AC Delco Rapidfires in my Turbo Coupe for awhile and it ran like crap (missed under boost). Swapped back to the stock plugs and it runs perfect.

It's really not worth spending the extra money for the pricier plugs.

I just installed new Bosch and christ you should of seen my old ones. Man they were corroded. Its wonder my car actually ran. My car runs a bit better but the plugs didn't make a whole lot of difference.

Dito. I first used the Bosch +4's and then switched to Motorcraft. Let me tell you, that was a mistake that costed a lot of money. THe Motorcrafts are much better plus it saves you some money.

Are these +4s the ones with the 4 eletroides on them? These plugs are just for looks if you ask me. Electricty is not going to flow through all for at once, it flows to ground and the closest one at that. The single plats are pretty good on a N/A motor and usualy stay cleanner longer. Now I'm not kocking MotorCraft that is probly the finner ways of going and in fact that is all I use on my SVO.

Motorcraft............ I jumped on the Split fire crack wagon once and I destroyed one in #4 it shattered completely, # fried pretty bad and I think I had more trouble with them than any other plug I have ever used. Be smart and Buy the Motorcraft plugs you will be happy.
